It means you and we have absolutely 

Nothing in common. Not even lifestyle.

Especially lifestyle. Therefore render 

Unto mirrors their just desserts.

Or deserts as might likely apply.

Pose some other query or observation 

Such as what is your experience with 

Homeopathy? Do you suppose 

That in reality like cures like?
